I work for a small business under 25 employees. We are a web based business and have just released 7 items from our product line to the wholesale market. At present we only have 1 customer but we are concerned about how to prevent "john doe" buyer who says they have a Vender ID # and have a store front from reselling our products on ebay or something similar? I would appreciate any valid information appreciated."

You need to establish a minimum resale price and then you’d have to police Ebay to enforce it. There’s no easy way.
