I am planning to start a small web-designing business. Do I require a license for that? Also please advice me if I want to register my company, should it be a proprietorship based company? Please reply…

See sir proprietership is different from a company. If your business is a small scale one then there is no need to form a comapany and you can start it as a proprietership concern.

    yes yes yes !!!

    y do you ask such silly question ?
    you also have to take licence for labour if you are going to hire any employees !
    if you are going to start the web site even for that !

    you have to show the profit and should pay tax to Govt on time.
    etc……..
