Have some questions for you to think about before you do this, licensing isn’t the issue however.
Are there people who want models of buildings online? If not, how are you going to find customers.
Architects do modeling all the time and make them available to customers. Who will buy yours? Hobbyists? Home owners? Who is your customer?
Are your models of actual buildings? Have they given you permission to use the image of their buildings in your models?
If you have all this completed, then it’s time to think of opening a store, not before.
