How do i contact the apple online store, via phone, in the philippines if i’m in hawaii?

I’m in hawaii and I’m subscribed to an ACN phone service. I’ve been trying to contact 1800-1651-0525 (the contact number of the apple online store in the philippines) to try to purchase a macbook pro. However, the operator keeps on saying that the number is not in service. Should i add some area codes or country codes to the phone number? How do i contact the store via phone?
