Pay it Forward = Opposite of Network Marketing, which is Pay it Backward. It’s the exact opposite basically.

MLM is about making …
MLM is about making money. For those who do it, good for you, but stop making it about “sharing” or giving “opportunities.” Really? If it’s about opportunities, then the person introducing it should give their “sponsors” a $50 check. Unbelievable and delusional. You might as well call it a cult. MLM commercializes relationships that shouldn’t be. Is that what America is all about?

Great movie, but …
Great movie, but it’s not about network marketing at all, it’s about the opposite, something that actually generates a good cause in a community, not like network marketing and MLM which circulates a majority of useless products and false incomes for people with credit cards to imagine that they are actually making money.

non-sustainable “business” model. Wether it is partnered with a a product or not, you are actively enrolling people for which you get paid, with an exchange of money going from them to you.
Why do you ask?

Everyone leverages …
Everyone leverages their degree’s. You get out of school and depending on how much leverage you have in the way of education determines the level of occupation and financial reward you get. Stats fall apart in the face of social human interaction where predictability depends on one’s ability to touch the unquantifiable state of emotion. All you guys with your stats and predictability drive me nuts.

I agree. For …
I agree. For someone to sacrifice something of their own for the benefit of another is a principle that would improve this world. Charles King makes lots of money off of the MLM industry, has he actually done it? Or is he just rightfully leveraging his degrees. Show me a MLM recruit that has a Statistics degree from any college, and I will join any of your MLM’s. After you find that it difficult find one, just stop by the local college and visit a Stats Professor and ask him about MLM’s.

so who failed? The …
so who failed? The system or the people? You did use the term “dropped out”. Look up info on Dr. Charles King prof at UIC and Harvard grad with doctorate in Bus Admin. His desire was to debunk MLM…his research made him a believer. He now teaches network marketing. You are right…many do quit, but you are wrong in saying that those who succeed do so because others fail. Many more say, no, than ever fail.

Lol, Seriously. …
Lol, Seriously. Educated? The math model of any of these structures brings equity to one party by creating inequity in even more. For one to succeed, many will fail, if they didn’t, you would have run out of people in a flash. 21 days into this model, assuming everyone finds three people every day, you have already exceeded the worlds population. You stall, or shut down any of these models and people loose. Even in long term successful mlm’s 99.99% of people drop out after 7 years.

you should take an educated look at network marketing. i am in direct marketing and my success is 100% dependant on how I help others. I take myselt out of the equation entirely. I’d loce to show you how it could work for you.

Great movie, but to …
Great movie, but to compare it to a MLM model is no correct. This model is based on charity, 100% giving and flows the opposite direction of a MLM structure. MLM structures look the same, but are based on personal gain. Take $50 from someone, and then tell them to take $50 from 3 other people not exactly the same eh? If a mlm cavitates, people loose, it this pay it forward cavitates no matter what the size, people have improved and better their lives through helping others.

The difference …
MLM/networkmarketing
The difference between network marketing and what happens in this movie is appearant in what is done after people are reached: in the movie they are helped.. and with network marketing.. people that are reached are considered “prospects” who have an appeal to greed disguised as a ‘business opportunity’ rammed down their throat because of selfsish motives by the marketers.. needless to say that this is not the message this movie is trying to get across
