		<description>The first question is how is it published? Self published or by a publisher? If you have a publisher, they will help you with selling the book and you can arrange for book signings at book stores. 

If you are self publishing, get a book on promoting books. You could set up interviews at radio stations and send lots of copies for free to associations or news media you&#039;d like to speak at. Get it on Amazon.

If it was just the U.S. or U.K. then both could be done together but other foreign countries have different cultures and problems that make their need way different than ours. I suggest you find market plans at the library to study then write a sample plan to reach people who may be interest in that kind of book. You did not say what kind of success book it was. Can it be used universally by any country? That may be the key.
