Research, research, research.
How many of these businesses in your target location?
How are they doing?
Are there too many (market saturation)?
What are their products like, will yours be better, worse or equal quality?
What will it cost to run the business?
What is your expected profit margin? is it higher or lower than the others like it?
Do you have the support needed to run the business if you are ill?
I would contact the Small Business Association in your area to get more ideas and some support. There will be other entrepreneurs who can help you through the decision making process.

The IRS says that a business makes money. An infatuation doesn’t make money. The dream of every entrepreneur is to turn an infatuation into a solid business.
